The entire payment for the testing services is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, rescheduling, or dissatisfaction with the results. Once the payment is made, you commit to participating in the full testing session as scheduled. There will be no exceptions for refunds, regardless of unforeseen circumstances or reasons for cancellation.
Furthermore, the testing services are non-transferable to another individual or event.
