It includes: Warm ups/cool downs arm care, throwing program, conditioning exercises, strengthening program and access to share folder of information too.

You will have a day to day of what to do and feedback on the drills or lifts then a wellness check at the end of each week.

A zoom meeting every two weeks to discuss training guidance, potential changes and feedback

The program will be given weekly and paid weekly too. So based off your assessment and how you are tracking is how we will progress your program.
