Ryan has been a athletic person throughout his life and played many sports, but baseball has stole his life and he isn't looking back! when coming back to baseball 12 years ago he has dedicated his life to the development of his ability to reach to highest potential in baseball as a pitcher! His journey is still going but now he wants to help others begin or help them along to reach their pitching goals!

With a certificate in exercise science and strength and conditioning, Biomecist, Arm care specialist, the main focus will be to get you performing at your highest peak on the days you need to bring the heat!

With great arm stress comes great rehab and recovery responsibility! Ryan knows the importances on recovery and rehab, this is a focus in project velos train program. Please do not hesitate to ask us any questions.
